Event / Conference Chairing

My fee for this service (Chairing Only) amounts to ZAR4,000.00 (around US$571.00 – US$ 1.00 = ZAR7.00) per day (or part thereof) – plus associated expenses (Travel and Accommodation – should the event be ‘out-of-town’) (*).
Please take note of all the additional benefits, as detailed below, when making use of my services.

Event / Conference Speaking / Presenting

My fee for ‘speaking‘ or ‘presenting‘ amounts to ZAR2,000.00 (around US$286.00 – US$ 1.00 = ZAR7.00) for a ONE HOUR (or part thereof) session – plus associated expenses (Travel and Accommodation – should the event be ‘out-of-town’) (*).

Motivational Speaking

My fee for a ‘motivational session‘ amounts to ZAR2,000.00 (around US$286.00 – US$ 1.00 = ZAR7.00) for a ONE HOUR (or part thereof) session – plus associated expenses (Travel and Accommodation – should the event be ‘out-of-town’) (*).

Workshop / Training Facilitation

My fee for Facilitating an Event consisting of three sessions – 09H00-10H30; 11H00-13H00; 14h00-15H30 (or part thereof) – amounts to ZAR7,000.00 (around US$1000.00 – US$ 1.00 = ZAR7.00) per day – plus associated expenses (Travel and Accommodation – should the event be ‘out-of-town’) (*).

Strategic Planning Facilitation

My fee for Facilitating a Strategic Planning Session consisting of three sessions – 09H00-10H30; 11H00-13H00; 14h00-15H30 (or part thereof) – amounts to ZAR7,000.00 (around US$1000.00 – US$ 1.00 = ZAR7.00) per day – plus associated expenses (Travel and Accommodation – should the event be ‘out-of-town’) (*).

This service (Strategic Planning) normally requires additional pre-planning; recording equipment; reporting and post event meetings, which may impact on the fee structure.

(*) = ‘out-of-town’ = Out of the Mogale City District

Additional Benefits when involving me in your event

* Your event will be ‘showcased’ on the very popular website The Foundation for the Development of Africa’s Upcoming Events Serving Africa

* Your event will be also be ‘showcased’ as a Classic Events Serving Africa on the very popular website of The Foundation for the Development of Africa.

* I will exclusively promote your event to my network (currently 3500 contacts) via email. Two promo emails will be despatched – the first, 4 weeks before the event – the second, two weeks before the event – - this will inevitable lead to a number of delegates attending the event.

* I can assist in sourcing speakers.

* The event will be branded as a Peter METCALFE chaired event.
